SPL Committee

Committee Structure

• Each association appoints:
• Board Member
• HDC Member
• Member at Large
• An additional Member at Large is appointed annually, alternating between associations.  Committee Chair will also alternate annually and will be represented by the association who is not currently represented by the Member at Large.  
• Quorum requires two members from each association.
• Tie votes are resolved by the SYHA and PLSHA Presidents with a combined vote.
• Sub-committees may be formed as needed.
